  In 2004, I tried committing suicide. A few months later I was learning JKD and boxing. As well as talking philosophy. Sifu Jason is one of the best people you will ever meet and is a true Master. This is the place to go in the Upstate. I was never more normal than when training. I gained strength here, well different location but still here, that has seen me through some pretty awful things. Don't go anywhere else.
